One of the keys to making a forum a success is it's mod/s, you have
the wack mod/s who's never around or when they are it's only to
act a fool coz their a mod, you got the good mod who is the cat thats
active who make sure his forums kept clean, keeps its frequent users
in check n everything runs smoothly, and then you have the
mod i'm looking for, the mod who does everything the good mod
does and then raises the bar, the mod who doesnt simply maintain
his forums activity but creates it, through recruiting for it themself
knowing it will only make their time here more entertaining, by
hosting events in the forum throwing up mags that contain
interviews with his forums most prominent users etc...
i've seen or been told of people on here bitching about mods and
they should be modding this or that forum, but the bottom line is
you have NEVER contacted me with idea's for how your going to
make the forum more active, you wont simply become a mod here
by making threads all members make threads its the purpose of the
site, what you need to do is show us you can make a specific forum
more active and more entertaining for our members, you do that,
you get a trial mod spot, but this is how its always been i'm simply
adding it here because someone was bound to come in here
proclaiming they should already be a mod, if you aint done what i
jus said no you should'nt...
Anyway back to business, i've spotted a few forums have no mods
and we need to change that, so i'll list the forums i'm talking about
below, if you have a desire to mod one of them, hit me up with what
you can bring to the table and why and i'll get back to you...
Forums immediately needed...
Weight Room
Sex, Lust n Relationships
also any forum that has only 1 mod in it, if you have idea's
for how to increase their activity feel free to holla about co-modding
those and i'll hit you back once it's discussed...
any mods reading this feel free to take this as a reminder to what
we want you to do with your forums, if it aint got an event goin on in
it now or one planned, get it poppin, if you dont wanna do that let
me know n i'll put someone in the forum who does...
